Gemstones
The primary gemstone is a custom cut lab grown white sapphire.
The secondary gemstone is a 5.5mm square cut London Blue natural topaz.
To care for sapphires and topaz, you can regularly clean them with warm, soapy water and a soft brush.
The setting is in 14k yellow gold.
The white sapphire is set in a custom 3 prong setting in a vertical orientation.
The blue topaz is set in a rotated 4 'V' prong setting.
Both settings are connected with jump rings for movement.
The backside of the white sapphire setting features a silhouette of an F-35 taken from an image of the fighter.

Custom Creations
The design was created in CAD (computer aided design) using Matrix Gold. Matrix is a parametric based program specifically used for jewelry. A 3D resin model was printed, and from that a mold was created for casting using a "lost wax process", named for the fact that the resin model in burned away to create the mold. This is a one-off piece that will never be recreated except by client request.
