Metal
The new band is crafted in 14k yellow gold.
It is hand finished and detailed with a bark style design.
Gemstones
There are 4 round cut natural white diamonds. 1.5mm each.
The four diamonds are flush set into the band.
The original band was removed, and the main section of the ring containing the emerald and diamonds was 3D scanned. The new band was created to fit perfectly to the main emerald section.

Custom Creations
The design was created in CAD (computer aided design) using Matrix Gold. Matrix is a parametric based program specifically used for jewelry. A 3D resin model was printed, and from that a mold was created for casting using a "lost wax process", named for the fact that the resin model in burned away to create the mold. This is a one-off piece that will never be recreated except by client request.
